Delightfully easy to drink but with a finesse rarely found in wines at this price point. Uzes refers to the place it's made - don't be put off by the name - this is an absolute corker.

"The nicest white wine we've had in ages. Fresh and light with no nasty acidity"

"A great new discovery!"

"So fresh - end up saving this one for best every time..."

Group of small wine growers who are making really interesting wines in the heart of the Rhone valley. This blend of Viognier, Grenache blanc and Rousssane is made from low yields of grapes on the sunny slopes near to the village of Uzes. Skin contact maceration adds zest and depth of flavour and fermentation at low temperatures provides freshness and fruit.

Pale lemon colour with lovely floral and citrus aromas and a really fresh attack. Soft, fruity finish with more floral notes.
