It is made with the same grapes, including the well-known Mourvèdre. Vines are farmed with a low yield (30hl\/ha) in a biological, organic conversion, certified vineyard, located on the hillside of the medieval village of Le Castellet and close to the sea. All the plots are in terraces. The land is ploughed without weed killers or fertilizers and there are no systematic treatments or insecticides.
