Easy drinking Spanish white

One of the rare remaining family vineyards is this part of South Central Spain, Miguel Calatayud farms on a mixed lime, chalk, sand and clay soil. He hand harvests during the night at the end of August to ensure perfect freshness of the grapes in his deliciously easy drinking wine. He mixes tradition with innovation to achieve a really high level of flavour and balance, while keeping alcohol levels low.
Gold colour tinged with green, clean, tropical fruit aromas and a super aromatic, fresh palate. White stone fruits and citrus overlay tropical fruit and nutmeg undertones. Elegant, fresh and delicate finish.
