Eric Lambert brings together a group of small local growers in his Provence winery in the heart of the Coteaux Varois en Provence a stone's throw from St Tropez. The region is known for it's clay, limestone soil and westerly exposition - as well as the perfect continental climate for bringing Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes to juicy perfection. Grapes are harvested up to 2 months later than many other provence Rosé with a focus on establishing strong fruit flavours. Read our blog for more information on how Rosé wine is made.
Pale pink with a fresh red berry, nectarine palate with hints of lemon zest and Mediterranean herbs. Round, juicy, fruity palate a lots of firm freshness. Crisp, light, medium finish.
