The Bacchus range from Corbières is new to our portfolio and the rosé a refreshing blend of Grenache, Merlot and Syrah - giving it both depth and layered fruit flavours. Grapes are harvested during the night to preserve freshness and have a short maceration in their skins to produce the beautiful pale pink tones. The vineyard has been fully organic for 35 years and benefits from hot days and cooling sea breezes. Owner Claude Vialade and his team have won many awards for their great value wines that punch above their weight.
In the Glass
Lots of fresh strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant buds on the nose. Fresh and ample with a lovely fruit finish. Pair it with everything from Asian food and spice to barbecued vegetables and chicken. Also lovely with grilled fish and pasta.
