Long established organic vineyard between Beziers and Cap d’Agde on the Mediterranean. Classic Chardonnay grown on 35 year old vines that benefit from the strong maritime influences and exceptional sunshine, which account for the perfect balance between fruit and freshness. Fermentation at low temperature and the wine is not aged in oak.
Intense, expressive, white flower aromas, with a delicate, tropical fruit, mango acacia and peachy palate. Beautifully balanced with an elegant finish.
About the vineyard
We've worked with the Vic family for many years - currently the fifth generation of the same family and one of the first to embrace sustainable, organic farming.
