The Bacchus range from Corbières is new to our portfolio and the grapes for the white wine are picked at night to preserve all their freshness. Cold maceration before maceration and low temperatures at all stages maintains this freshness producing a wine that is elegant, crisp and easy to drink.
The vineyard has been fully organic for 35 years and benefits from hot days and cooling sea breezes. Owner Claude Vialade and his team have won many awards for their great value wines that punch above their weight.
