Fresh & Lively

This under the radar appellation is just between Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé in the Loire and makes a fantastic alternative for lovers of quality Sauvignon Blanc.

This is made by Sonia Raimbault and her family at a vineyard that's been in their family for 13 generations. Her small farm straddles 4 appellations and she makes wines that are wonderfully fresh, with all the Loire fruit and crispness you'd expect. Well exposed for sunlight and yet protected from the wind. The wine is fermented at low temperatures and matured on fine lees until bottling to provide all that lovely elegance associated with these wines.

Light, mineral and fruity. Rich in aromas that blend the sweetness of the fruit with the minerality - giving a fresh and pleasant wine - light and fresh finish.
