Superb, white vintage. Paul Chapelle and daughters represent one of the finest vineyards in the region. Only 1200 bottles produced each year. This 1er Cru is farmed organically. All the work on the vines is carried out by hand before vinification and maturation in cement tanks to retain all the flavour of the terroir. No oak. Minimal human intervention. The second malolactic fermentation intervenes naturally, usually the following summer. Natural clarification and no filtration.

Golden yellow in colour, concentrated and ample, exotic, yellow fruit confit nose leads to a generous, ripe, intense minerality with grapefruit, citrus and exotic fruit character and hints of peach and pear. Complex, long, fresh mineral finish. Pure and ready to drink.
