Fifth generation of the same family to run this organic vineyard in the organic hills around the village of Vias in the Languedoc. Beatrice Lasserre macerates the wine with the skin before pressing to increase the aromatic potential of the grape and preserve its structure. Fermentation at low temperature. Hard to find a wine of this quality at this price, particularly given the vineyard’s environmental credentials.
In the glass
Pale gold with green glints. Intense, floral bouquet and exotic fruit character, typical of Vermentino. An expressive, balanced white with pear, pineapple and rip apple palate with chamomile undertones. Aromatic finish with a perfect expression of the fruit.
So glad you are enjoying it! This organic vineyard is such a find - really high quality for the price and lovely, easy drinking white... You might also like the Colombard Sauvignon Cotes de Gascogne or the Tursan AOC 2018 Blanc for future reference. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a nice review - it's really appreciated.

Well tasty , and well priced. Harry Kane and the boys would love this winning number
What a topical review! Written on the almost eve of the Euro 21 final... and we agree - a really good everyday white - clean, fresh and ready for action!
