The vines are trained onto spurred cordons and harvested manually with a double sorting of the bunches, both in the field and in the cellar. The wine spends six months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in large 25 hectolitre oak barrels.
Full bodied red with an intense ruby colour. Highly aromatic with a fruit forward nose, underscored by hints of nutmeg and wild rosemary. The signature freshness of both this young winemaker and of the region are present from start to finish with well integrated tannins and a juicy, persistent finish.
