Villa Vitas, in the picturesque medeival village of Strassoldo, has been in the same family for over 100 years - and they remain passionately dedicated to the art of winemaking. The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September and, after de-stemming and crushing, are fermented at low temperature before aging for several months in stainless steel vats before being bottled.
Great intensity and finesse. Aromatic nose with sweet spice notes. The intensity remains on the palate providing a dry, fresh and aromatic wine with a lovely smooth texture.
