Aromatic nose with sweet spice notes. Intense, dry, fresh and aromatic wine with a lovely smooth texture.
Villa Vitas, in the picturesque medieval village of Strassoldo, has been in the same family for over 100 years - and they remain passionately dedicated to the art of winemaking. The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September and, after de-stemming and crushing, are fermented at low temperature before aging for several months in stainless steel vats before being bottled.
