How do I sign up?

Open the Rewards Widget on the bottom left of the screen and sign up in the earn points.

How do I view my points balance?

You can view your points balance in the Rewards Widget on the bottom left corner of the screen. If your points are not showing, ensure that you are logged into your account.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

You can view your rewards in the Rewards Widget. If you have any available rewards you will be able to apply the reward to the checkout. You will also receive an email with your discount code for your reward.

Do my Rewards expire?

Your rewards have individual expiry dates. Please refer to the Rewards Widget.

I didn't receive my points

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
