Unlike any other Grappas we've tasted, these are finely balanced, deliciously complex and leave a lasting impression - and not just on the palate. Aged for 13 years in Scottish whisky casks, 3 years in vats and bottled in 2023.
This exceptional Grappa comes in a beautiful presentation box which contains detailed notes on the inside and makes a perfect gift.
In the glass
Beautiful rich golden colour with hints of smoke and tobacco a rich, oily texture with a deliciously smooth finish with whisky notes.
How it's made
Boutique Grappa, made in Piemonte, Italy from 100% Barbera grapes grown on 30 year old vines, using only the best quality grape skins from a specific plot in one of the finest vineyards in the Monferrato hills.
During distillation, only the head steam is kept to preserve the complexity of the original grape aromas. Aged for 13 years in barrels that were previously used for aging Bowmore and Glen Scotia whiskeys.
