Zero Viognier Sauvignon Blanc Equilibre, Alcohol Free

Made in the organic Languedoc vineyards of Domaine de L'Arjolle, this fresh, crisp white wine may have zero alcohol but it certainly retains all the flavours of the terroir. A perfect non alcoholic alternative to traditional white wine.

In the glass

Clear, pale yellow with green glints. Expressive aromas of exotic fruits, ripe apples and nectarines. A lively palate with more fresh fruit flavours and a hint of citrus. Well balanced with a crisp, clean finish.

How it's made

Grapes are harvested and vinified with a maceration period of about ten days for gentle extraction. In a system known as vacuum evaporation, the atmospheric pressure is reduced, allowing the boiling point of alcohol to drop to approximately 35°C, compared to the usual 80°C. This allows the alcohol to be removed with minimal thermal impact. The result is a true 0.0% ABV wine that preserves the wine’s character, and varietal expression.
