General Ordering & Delivery

Wines are sold in cases of 6 bottles as standard, but we do have a selection of bottles that can be bought individually. Click here to find out which items can be purchased individually.

No, we are an e-commerce business, but we are happy to help and deliver your order directly to your preferred address.

Yes! We have a variety of pre-selected cases that have been specially curated, or alternatively, we offer free wine consultations, either by email or online.

For UK Mainland: £7.95 for orders under 12 bottles; free delivery for 12 bottles or more. For the Isle of Man, the charge is £17.95. For other Islands and Highlands, please send us an email and we will provide you with a quote. We do not make any profit on delivery costs.

No, unfortunately, at the moment we are delivering only to England, Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands

Delivery to the UK Mainland usually takes 2–3 working days. Remote areas or outside UK Mainland usually take 5 working days.

Yes, when placing your order you can indicate a safe place for delivery in the notes or by emailing us.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch email. This will show the latest delivery updates from our courier partner.

If your wine hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch at hello@wineathome.org  with your order number and our team will track it for you straight away. You can also call us between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday on 020 7241 1140.

We can usually amend your address before dispatch, but once the wine has shipped, changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Yes, we can deliver to multiple addresses, though separate delivery charges may apply. Please contact us if you’d like to split an order.

Corporate Gifting

Yes, we specialise in curated corporate wine gifts, from single bottles to bespoke mixed cases. Our team can tailor selections to suit your budget, brand style, and recipient preferences.

Absolutely. We can deliver to multiple addresses and handle all the logistics for you. Simply send us your recipient list, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, we can include a handwritten card or branded message inside each box. For larger orders, we can also include printed inserts or company-branded materials on request.

Of course. Our wine experts will guide you through a selection that reflects your company’s style and the occasion; whether it’s client appreciation, staff rewards, or festive gifting.

Yes, we can arrange delivery on or close to a specific date, ideal for corporate events or holiday gifting. Just let us know your preferred timing when in the notes box at checkout or by responding to your order confirmation email.

All corporate gifts are beautifully and safely packed and we have options for you to choose from.

Subscriptions

We offer subscription cases (6-bottles or 12-bottles) at regular intervals (monthly, every two months or every three months). You select your case size and frequency and we will handle the rest. For full details, click here.

Product Quality & Storage

The selection is focused on boutique, artisan and ethically produced wines sourced from small sustainable vineyards. We choose wines that are beautifully made, with an emphasis on quality, balance and style - and that are made without unnecessary additives or unpleasant chemicals.

Store at a constant, cool temperature, keep wine in the dark. Store bottles horizontally; avoid kitchens or spaces with extreme temperature changes. Most everyday wines can be drunk up to about two years after purchase if kept in these conditions. Some of our wines are also suitable for cellaring. Please get in touch if you would like wines to lay down or to add to a collection.

Only premium wines that are made with ageing in mind will benefit from proper cellaring and improve with age. Please get in touch if you have any questions about wines that can be kept for several years in cellar conditions.
