Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG 2023, Le Bertarole (Half Bottle)

The vineyard has made wine naturally since 1980 and specialise in taking traditional methods and fine tuning them to make wines of exceptional quality and substance. Grass is grown between the vines which are worked individually to provide the best distribution of leaf coverage. Made from grapes that are slowly dried on small wooden crates from September until March, providing a wine that is naturally sweet and concentrated without adding sugar.
