Needs no introduction, but founded in 1743, Moët & Chandon is one of Champagne’s largest and most renowned houses. Based in Épernay, it owns over 1,000 hectares of vineyards.

In the glass

Golden straw colour with green highlights. Aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers combine with notes of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts from ageing. Fresh and lively palate with stone fruit and citrus, rounded by fine bubbles and a refined, crisp finish.

Traditional method (méthode champenoise). The blend undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees for approximately 36 months, enhancing its complexity and texture.
