New & Exclusive. Fine Wines from Croatia.

Made in consultation with arguably the world's most famous winemaker, Michel Rolland. It is a privilege to represent these exceptional wines exclusively in the UK. The wines are made in small quantities and stocks are limited.

Dingač was the first protected wine region in Croatia and sits on the South Dalmatian coast with perfect southern exposure where the vines benefit from full sun and cool sea breezes. Made from 100% Plavac Mali, Croatia's indigenous red grape variety, the grapes come from a blend of two plots in Sv. Roko Komarna and Sv. Lucia Dingač. The wine is matured partially in big wooden vats, partially in concrete and partially in barriques before being released after 24 months.  The attention to detail at every stage of production is second to none with the world's most famous winemaker, Michel Rolland, consulting at this world class vineyard.

Intensive ruby red with purple glints. Full of the typical Plavac Mali cherry and plum fruits with wild thyme and oregano on the finish. Full bodied with plenty of forest fruits, and a good lingering vanilla aftertaste and a long, spicy finish.

About the vineyard

World class vineyard in Croatia's Dingač region. The wines are made under the direction of the world famous Michel Rolland at the Tolj family Saint Hills vineyard, from grapes grown on steep slopes rising up from the sea. An exceptional find.
