Pairs beautifully with meats, cheeses, pasta and vegetarian dishes, particularly pulses and mushrooms.

A density of 4,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 45 hectolitres per hectare. Harvesting is performed by hand and the grapes are transported in small trays to the cellar in order not to damage them.

Traditional methods of production are used in the winery. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks and a long maceration period. Pressing is exclusively performed by a hydraulic press. Once the vinification is completed, part of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
