Champagne Francoise Monay Brut
A superb Champagne made by a small producer in Epernay. Aged for 30 months (rather than the minimum requirement of 18 months), this is a Champagne that punches well above its weight.
Fresh and toasty Champagne that beats many Grande Marque Champagnes hands down in blind tasting.

In the glass
Deliciously fine bubbles, apricot and toasted bread aromas, with a full, yellow fruit, biscuit palate and a long, fresh finish.
Our ever-popular house Champagne is made near Epernay by a family owner-grower who cultivates using conservation cultivation in order to respect both the terroir and the environment. Vinification is by terroir before being aged for 30 months on lattes (rather than the minimum 18 months).
