A wine that really represents the best of Piemonte, this superb organically grown Gavi is produced at 300m above sea level on the slopes of Tessarolo which benefits from a superb south/south westerly exposition. Grapes are hand harvested in mid September, very softly crushed and fermented slowly with careful temperature control and indigenous yeast. Very light filtration. Limited production. Each bottle is numbered.
In the glass
Peach, apricot, floral nose with a bright and lively attack. White flowers, peach and pineapple palate with good mineralogy and a long, complex and persistent finish. Extremely well balanced.
