Produced in an organic, biodynamic vineyard in the beautiful Tessarolo hills, 300m above sea level, this is one of stand out white wines and not to be missed. Each year we are allocated a small number of bottles from this limited production.
Grapes are hand harvested in mid September when they reach full maturity - and are full of ripe fruit flavour. They are crushed extremely softly and fermented slowly at low temperatures using indigenous yeast. The wine is only very lightly filtered.
