Aromatic, mineral expression with white flowers, fresh almond and a light citrus palate with plenty of apple, lime and peach. Fresh and fruity, easy to drink, clean and balanced.

Grower Carlos Castro Serantes works his vines high up in the Rias Baixas in Spain, only 8km from the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes are grown in arbours to provide shelter from the sun and improve airflow. He farms biodynamiclly on terraces with minimum human intervention. The wine is chemical free and the grapes are harvested by hand and selected on the sorting table so only the very best go into the bottle.
