This organic Valpolicella is beautifully structured and packed with wild berry fruits, with hints of liquorice and spice despite being lighter and lower in alcohol than many Italian red wines.
In the glass
Ruby red with purplish hue, morello cherry flavours with some floral, peppercorn notes. Structured and balanced with wild red berry fruit. Hints of chalky minerality, liquorice and spice with silky tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Fully organic vineyard making this Italian classic to exceptional standards in the heart of Valpolicella, 10km East of Lake Garda. These are the last remaining ancient plots surrounded by walls, with the vines exposed to the stone face. Each plot of land is vinified separately. Each bottle is numbered. Small production.
