Zero Merlot Grenache Rouge Equilibre, Alcohol Free
Made in the organic Languedoc vineyards of Domaine de L'Arjolle, this wine may have zero alcohol but it certainly retains all its juicy, fruit flavours. A perfect non alcoholic alternative to wine.
In the glass
Deep cherry red colour with aromas of wild strawberry jam. Round and flavourful with notes of dark fruits and a smooth, well-balanced structure.
How it's made
Grapes are harvested and vinified with a maceration period of about ten days for gentle extraction. In a system known as vacuum evaporation, the atmospheric pressure is reduced, allowing the boiling point of alcohol to drop to approximately 35°C, compared to the usual 80°C. This allows the alcohol to be removed with minimal thermal impact. The result is a true 0.0% ABV wine that preserves the wine’s character, and varietal expression.
