Zero Viognier Sauvignon Blanc Equilibre, Alcohol Free
Made in the organic Languedoc vineyards of Domaine de L'Arjolle, this fresh, crisp white wine may have zero alcohol but it certainly retains all the flavours of the terroir. A perfect non alcoholic alternative to traditional white wine.
In the glass
Clear, pale yellow with green glints. Expressive aromas of exotic fruits, ripe apples and nectarines. A lively palate with more fresh fruit flavours and a hint of citrus. Well balanced with a crisp, clean finish.
How it's made
Grapes are harvested and vinified with a maceration period of about ten days for gentle extraction. The wine is then dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation, reducing the boiling point of alcohol to 35°C, minimising heat exposure and preserving the wine's aromatic qualities.

Beautiful organic vineyard in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, producing delicious alcohol free wines of character and which reflect the flavours of the terroir. Owned and managed by the same family over several generations.
