How it's made

Following extensive cellar ageing (3-4 yearss), the Nyetimber Classic Cuvée is made from the same blend of grapes as Champagne and has distinctive toasty and spicy aromas. A palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples gives it a hint of decadence. The creamy texture balanced by crisp acidity, fine mousse, and a long, mineral-driven finish make it one of the UK's best selling sparkling wines.
