Aromas of citrus zest, white peach and nectarine
Layered with subtle otes of hazelnut, brioche and spice from the oak
Creamy texture, fresh acidity and a long, mineral finish

Hand-harvested grapes, whole-bunch pressing. Fermentation in French oak barriques (a proportion new), with indigenous yeasts. Partial malolactic fermentation and regular bâtonnage add texture and complexity. Maturation in oak before release.

About the vineyard
