Made just south of the Maconnais, between the plains and hills, the Chardonnay grapes are grown in specific plots that allow for maximum sunshine and light. The Vignerons de Terres Secretes boast the only wine cellar on this site for over 100 years - and we are glad to have found it! The wine is produced using very low pressure and long slow pressing to preserve all the flavour of the grape. No oak.
The vineyard is the first in burgundy to produce its own electricity from solar panels, made locally. They are committed to sustainability in every part of production - including reducing the weight of the bottles and committing to the VDD Sustainable Winegrowing Association.
