In the glass
A wine of power and finesse, showing bright ruby colour and aromas of blackberry and damson. Rounded and fruit-driven, with ripe cherries, plum and berry flavours supported by fine tannins and fresh acidity. Full-bodied and structured, it finishes long and elegant, with the depth and balance to age gracefully.
Grapes are selected from estate and select sub-vineyards across Napa. They are sustainably farmed and hand-harvested. Fermentation is controlled, and the wine is then aged for sixteen months in French and American oak to build structure and complexity.

Joseph Phelps Vineyards is one of Napa Valley’s premier producers. Founded in 1973 by Joe Phelps, the estate now farms over 400 acres of vineyard spread across prestigious sub-regions including St. Helena, Oakville, Rutherford, Stags Leap District, Oak Knoll and South Napa. The winemaking philosophy is estate-driven, with careful site selection and sustainable viticultural practices.
