Pale pink with aromas of fresh red berries, citrus zest and subtle floral notes
Full fruit palate with ripe strawberries, peaches and a hint of spice
Mineral backbone and a long, dry finish

Grapes are harvested from sunrise to noon, optically sorted, then gently destemmed and crushed at low temperatures to preserve freshness. Free-run and lightly pressed juice are vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in 600L demi-muids, all temperature controlled, with no maceration to maintain purity and elegance.
