Patrice Achard runs his small family vineyard with precision and skill, producing wines with a pure, authentic and fresh feel. The grapes are grown on 40 year old vines on tiny plots producing very small yields. Made using the traditional Cremant method which includes hand harvesting all the grapes and selecting only the very best to go onto fermentation.
