Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, Nave De Oro
Incredibly popular dry, fruity Prosecco from the heart of the region - made traditionally to extremely high standards.
"A cut above the usual prosecco. Worth paying a bit more."
"Very easy to drink and not too sweet."
Iconic Prosecco from the Loris family who pioneered the Charmat Spumante Prosecco method in 1936. Sustainable, natural wine growing using cold maceration, leaving the must on the grape skins for up to 24 hours. Very slow secondary fermentation with natural yeasts. Vineyard in the heart of the DOCG region, between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. Consistently high rated.
Pale yellow straw colour with a rich, intense flowery nose. Fine, well-integrated bubbles, supple and fruity with plenty of orchard fruits and apricots and a long, elegant finish.
