The half bottles have been a real hit - as it's the perfect size for a cheeky midweek glass or for enjoying solo. The Champagne is made by a small producer near Epernay, in the heart of the region.

In the glass
Characterised by very fine bubbles, apricot and toasted bread aromas, with a full, yellow fruit, biscuit palate and a long, fresh finish. Consistent winner in blind tastings, even when up against more well-known labels.
Made for us near Epernay by a family owner-grower who cultivates using conservation cultivation in order to respect both the terroir and the environment. Vinification is by terroir before being aged for 30 months on lattes (rather than the minimum 24 months).
