Everything the Palmisano family; do seems to have a little bit of magic to it. From the family who make our top selling Primitivo, comes this deliciously easy drinking white wine from their beautiful Puglia vineyards; the grapes are grown in the hills using the sapling and espalier system of cultivation and cooled by the sea breezes from the Adriatic. They use traditional agriculture with no chemicals and only natural yeasts. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed very gently to retain all the fruit flavours. No oak and only a light filtration.
