The wonderful Fabre Montmayou put their knowledge and passion to good use once again in this wonderfully expressive New World white wine with all the elegance and complexity of the Old World. Traditional methods including hand harvests and 8 hours of skin contact before fermenting at a low temperature to preserve all the aromas of the fruit.
