In the glass
Pale gold colour with a lemon, grapefruit and slightly nutty nose. Fresh attack on the palate with green apple, white blossom and a hint of hazelnut on the finish.
Small plots of each grape variety are carefully picked and blended to create an easy to drink white that reflects the typicity of the region. Grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to retain freshness and fermented at low temperatures to preserve all the fruit flavours.
About the vineyard
