Direct from the breezy Mediterranean climate of Carcassonne, this classic French rosé wine is made from ripe Cinsault grapes that are picked at perfect maturity and vinified using traditional methods, including skin maceration to provide the wine's pale pink colour.
About the vineyard
Les Celliers de Corneille have been working cooperatively with local farmers in the vineyards of Carcassonne which benefit from the Mediterranean climate and cool Atlantic breezes. Long hours of sunshine provide perfect growing conditions for the Carignan and Syrah grapes.
