The Teisserenc family integrate sustainable viticulture with a strong commitment to biodiversity. The estate has restored natural habitats, resulting in the return of wild orchids and the planting of 950 trees and shrubs to support bird and insect life. Temporary ponds and grassed vineyard borders further enhance biodiversity and soil health. Sustainable agriculture practices; Harvested at the beginning of September. Direct pressing followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures 15-18C. Aged on the lees for 3 months.
