We’ve worked with the Palmisano family for many years and their wines never cease to impress. Grapes grown in the hills of Puglia using the sapling and espalier system of cultivation and cooled by the sea breezes from the Adriatic. Traditional agriculture with no chemicals and natural yeasts. Grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed very gently to retain all the fruit flavours. No oak and only a light filtration.

Straw yellow with green glints. Fresh citrus nose with plenty of wild flower aromas. Ample structure and a fresh, stony, mineral attack and a lively, aromatic finish.
