Rich & Intense

Rich, ripe naturally made red from Southwest France. This wine pairs extremely well with gamey meats such as venison, as well as pheasant, lamb and even roast chicken. It's a natural match for mushroom dishes or slow cooked vegetables.

"As a fan of 'natural' wines, this ticks all the boxes. Really fruity with nice tannins."

Made by a group of farmers in the Landais who are doing extraordinary work to bring indigenous grape varieties to life with complete commitment to protecting and preserving their environment. The vineyards host a wealth of flora and fauna including wild orchids, birds and deer.

The Tursan rouge sans sulphides uses the local Tannat grape in combination with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon to produce wines that are as close to the terroir as possible. Classical wine making techniques include 12 months of aging before release.

In the glass

Deep garnet colour with a complex, open nose filled with aromas of red fruit jams and blackberry liqueur. Powerful, round palate with plenty of fig flavour. Well integrated tannins with a harmonious finish.
