Made from estate-grown grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. Siblings Juan Luis, Maite and Diego Quiroga work closely together in their sixth-generation family vineyards of Quiroga de Pablo, in Rioja's most prestigious Alta region. Cold maceration with the skins for 12-24 hours, gentle pressing, settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low controlled temperatures to preserve all the freshness of the wine.
