Organic certified vineyard using wild viticulture in the heart of the appellation. The vineyard is on flat table land so benefits from wonderful exposition and long days of sunshine. Michel Gigondan use traditional methods, including allowing the vines to grow into bushes, rather than pruning, and adheres also to the Hydra Agly method of collecting and demineralising rainwater for use in the vineyard. Gigondan also grows wonderful lavender that surrounds the vines and which he supplied for many years to Estee Lauder - as high quality organic lavender essence. A haven for local wildlife, insects, birds and animals - all of his wines are clean, fresh and exceptionally well balanced.

Bright lemony yellow with gold glints. A generous, complex nose with plenty of floral and fruit overtones. Apricots, peaches and exotic fruits on the palate with notes of fresh almonds and a delicate, elegant and fresh finish.
