In the glass

Deep red colour with violet tones. Intense and comples, red and black fruit aromas with beautifully integrated oak. It has all the elegance one has come to expect from this winemaker, with the perfect proportion of fruit, structure, and depth, with a lingering finish.

Grapes are hand harvested in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes. Cold maceration during 4 days before fermentation at 10ºC -12ºC. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with 2 to 3 pumping over per day. 50% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
