What our customers say
"Bowled over by the quality of this wine (and many of the others on this website, but this is our favourite). Superb service and very efficient. Thoroughly recommend!"
How it's made
Fabre Montmayou pioneered the making of single varietal wine from Malbec grapes with 45-year-old vines, grapes hand-harvested and transported in trays to the cellar to avoid damage. Fermentation with natural yeast and a 30-day maceration period before being aged for 12 months in French oak.
Fabre Montmayou vineyard is nestled in the heart of Argentina's most prestigious wine growing region in the hills of Mendoza. They have won countless awards for their exceptional wines, and winemaker Herve Fabre was awarded the coveted Winemaking Legend Medal of Excellence in 2021 by Tim Atkin.
