Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs has been making headlines worldwide, particularly since the 2016 Magnum was the first non Champagne to win IWC Champion Sparkling wine in 2025.
Crafted from a single vintage and given extended time on the lees, this pure expression of Chardonnay was the first style produced by the award-winning English vineyard.
In the glass
Pale gold with a fine mousse. Bright notes of lemon curd and greengage meet subtle clotted cream and pastry. The palate shows fresh citrus, gooseberry and apple crumble, wrapped in a flinty mineral edge. Long, creamy finish with a gentle saline lift.
With over four years spent ageing on lees, the Blanc de Blancs balances richness with unmistakable elegance. Perfect with crab, sole, mussels and other white fish and seafood.
About the vineyard
Nyetimber, established in 1988 in West Sussex, is a pioneering English sparkling wine estate. It was the first in England to plant exclusively the “Champagne trio” (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier) and has become one of the country’s most acclaimed producers, recognised for quality and consistency on an international stage.
