Pale, delicate rosé with fresh aromas of red berries, citrus and rose petals. The palate is crisp, dry and elegant, revealing flavours of strawberry, raspberry and white peach with a touch of minerality. Smooth, refined and perfectly balanced, it captures the freshness and finesse of Provence rosé.
Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then carefully sorted for quality. After gentle pressing, the juice is cooled to lock in vibrancy and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Minimal oxidation and regular bâtonnage give the wine its hallmark purity, finesse and delicately rounded texture.
