In the glass
Pale yellow colour with an expressive, exotic, ripe fruit nose and a well-balanced, rich, mineral, passion fruit palate. Long finish with marvellous minerality and intensity. A perfect accompaniment to fish and shellfish.

Alexandre Ellevin is a master of his craft. His family vineyard is on the Burgundy slopes on the outskirts of Chablis AOC, giving it the Petit Chablis appellation, although it has a richness and intensity which equals many Chablis.
Ellevin produces low grape yields in order to obtain maximum concentration of fruit and uses traditional methods of vinification, including hand harvesting, to produce this exclusive wine. We only have a limited allocation of this wine each year and it sells out fast.
About the vineyard
