Made from estate-grown grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. Siblings Juan Luis, Maite and Diego Quiroga work closely together in their sixth-generation family vineyards of Quiroga de Pablo, in Rioja's most prestigious Alta region. Cold maceration with the skins for 12-24 hours, gentle pressing, settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low controlled temperatures to preserve all the freshness of the wine.
About the vineyard
Close to the village of Azofra in the Rioja Alta, this family owned winery have worked the land here for six generations. Their white Rioja is a perfect blend of fruit, aromatics and all the flavours of this exceptional terroir.
